Installing the Latest Windows Updates (Windows 2000/XP) Please follow these instructions to install the latest updates for Microsoft Windows:

1. Click on the Start Menu and then select the Windows Update option.

2. When the Windows Update webpage has loaded select Scan for Updates.

3. The scan may take several minutes. After it has completed click Review and Install Updates.

4. Next, choose Install Now.

5. Click the Accept button to continue.

6. When all updates have been installed you will need to restart your computer. Click OK to restart.

7. After your computer has rebooted revisit the Windows Update webpage again and install any additional updates that may be listed.
