Becoming Familiar With Your Homepage
The new web-based entry point provides access to some additional features:
- Access to self-help knowledge base - The knowledge base allows an end-user to search a variety of problems.
- Support Downloads
- Status of your existing service requests - "My Support" allows the end user to check the status of their helpdesk call.
- End-user email notification - The end-user will receive an email notification of their call, along with a ticket number.
