Office 365 Services Available to All Students and Employees (more information)

  • E-mail, calendars and contacts
  • File storage and sharing (including OneDrive)
  • Online versions of Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Office on tablets and phones
  • Full, installed Office applications (PC and Mac)
  • 50 GB e-mail storage, 1 TB for Office 365 storage

Account Upgrade Process (more information)

  1. New account created in Office 365
  2. User receives notification that all new e-mail will be forwarded to Office 365 in old account
  3. Any pre-existing e-mail account forwarding will be removed
  4. All new e-mail forwarded from old account to Office 365 account
  5. Migration of e-mail from old account to Office 365 begins
  6. User able to login to Office 365 account; no new e-mail in old account
  7. User able to configure devices to connect to Office 365 account
  8. Migration of e-mail from old account continues until completed
  9. Migrated e-mail will be located in a subfolder of your new mailbox
  10. Old e-mail still accessible at, system will be removed at a later date yet to be determined

Problems Logging In? (more information)

  • If you have not received the forwarding notification then your Office 365 account has not been created (yet)
  • Verify that you are using your full e-mail address ( and Trojan Web Express password
  • Ensure that you are logging in by selecting the School/Work option instead of a Personal account
  • Are you certain that your account was created but you still can't login? Try changing your password in Web Express to force a sync (this requires that you know your current password)
