IT manages the central computing facility, network infrastructure, helpdesk, database management, electronic library resources, data security, document imaging, web services, electronic communications and enterprise-level system development and management.
The Information Technology department operates a help desk which assists the university community with various computer difficulties. In order to receive assistance contact your local Help Desk or use the Online Help Desk Request form.

TrojanPass provides students and employees with access to several different services using the same set of credentials for e-mail, Trojan Web Express and more. This is the same username and password that students currently use for Trojan Web Express. This new tool gives users with a TrojanPass profile the ability to reset a forgotten password using alternative verification methods including SMS without having to contact the Helpdesk. Be sure to setup your TrojanPass profile today!
This month’s topic is “Don’t Be Fooled, Protect Yourself and Your Identify”. Forward any Phishing email messages to email@example.com and report security concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org. Phishing attempts continue to occur – the latest attempts include fraudulent IRS notices and UPS/Fedex notices.
