- Full, installed Office applications (PC and Mac)
- 50 GB e-mail storage, 1 TB for Office 365 storage
Your e-mail address is the same as your Trojan Web Express ID. Your initial password (PIN) is the First Letter of your First Name (capital) + First Letter of your Last Name (lowercase) + 8 digit birthdate (MMDDYYYY). If you are having problems logging into your e-mail account you may Request to have your password reset by visiting reset.troy.edu.
If you are a new employee your supervisor should submit a new employee helpdesk ticket. All necessary and approved accounts will be created as a part of this ticket. Note that before a ticket can be submitted the new employee’s information must be in Datatel and already have a Web Express account. Visit the New Employees page for more information:
