Remote Productivity Tools
Troy University provides access to several tools that can be used to enhance productivity and collaboration from a distance. Capabilities include course delivery, document sharing and teleconferencing. The Helpdesk is available at the hours below. You can reach the Helpdesk by phone at 334-670-HELP (4357).
A Learning Management System for providing online course delivery including support for groups and discussion boards.
An Academic Services Associate (ASA) will be provided for each course to help answer questions related to student service questions.

Who can access these tools?
All tools listed above are available to faculty and staff and many are also available to students.
How do I gain access to these tools?
All Microsoft 365 tools (including email, OneDrive and Teams) are already available to faculty and staff. Canvas access is available to all faculty and staff though only faculty certified in Canvas have access to courses. Access to AdobeSign and Spectrum must be requested via our Helpdesk.
How can I become certified in Canvas?
Please submit your request via our Helpdesk.
