TrojanPass provides students and employees with access to several different services using the same set of credentials for e-mail, Trojan Web Express and more. This is the same username and password that students currently use for Trojan Web Express. This new tool gives users with a TrojanPass profile the ability to reset a forgotten password using alternative verification methods including SMS without having to contact the Helpdesk.
