Remote Productivity Tools
Troy University provides access to several tools that can be used to enhance productivity and collaboration from a distance. Capabilities include course delivery, document sharing and teleconferencing. The Helpdesk is available Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Central Time). You can reach the Helpdesk by phone at 334-670-HELP (4357).
Faculty and staff must login to the Helpdesk in order to access many of the help and service request links included below.
A Learning Management System for providing online course delivery including support for groups and discussion boards.
An Academic Services Associate (ASA) will be provided for each course to help answer questions related to student service questions.

Easily access your online courses from the Canvas mobile apps. Two apps are available: Canvas Student and Canvas Teacher.

Quickly access key resources from your mobile device, including Self-Service, Canvas, email, calendars and more.

This service is used to provide remote assistance to faculty and staff. This link only needs to be used if instructed to do so by a support representative.
Website hosting space available to faculty for publishing self-built websites. Many faculty have websites serving as supplemental resources for their courses.

Faculty and staff can check their voicemail messages from any location. In addition, they can sign up to have new voicemail messages sent to their TROY email as an audio recording.
