Remote Productivity Tools

Troy University provides access to several tools that can be used to enhance productivity and collaboration from a distance. Capabilities include course delivery, document sharing and teleconferencing. The Helpdesk is available Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Central Time). You can reach the Helpdesk by phone at 334-670-HELP (4357).

Faculty and staff must login to the Helpdesk in order to access many of the help and service request links included below.


A Learning Management System for providing online course delivery including support for groups and discussion boards.

An Academic Services Associate (ASA) will be provided for each course to help answer questions related to student service questions.

This service is used to provide remote assistance to faculty and staff. This link only needs to be used if instructed to do so by a support representative.

Adobe Creative Cloud for Students
