Find Your User ID Number

You will have to authenticate using your TrojanPass username and password to view your student/employee ID number.

• Your Student/Employee ID number will be located under your Name on the User Profile page in Troy University Self-Service.
• If you do not know your TrojanPass password, call 1-800-414-5756 or enter a helpdesk ticket at https://helpdesk.troy.edu .

1. Visit Troy University Self-Service and Enter your TrojanPass Username and Password
2. Click on your username in the top right corner, then select User Profile from the dropdown menu
3. 3. Your Student/Employee ID number will be located under your Preferred Name
